FastWall Stucco Assemblies: 

Fastwall Assembly provides a durable exterior in less time that traditional stucco. This assembly utilizes Fastwall Basecoat Concentrate or Fastwall Basecoat Sanded.

Designed for use over framed construction when a standard assembly is desired.

This system is to be used if an air barrier is not desired.

Same assembly as above with the additional feature of rigid foam board providing continuous insulation and greater energy efficiency. The insulation board is also used to take the place of building paper when the remaining layer has “60 minute“ water resistance.

 The use of continuous insulation in the HE assembly covers “thermal breaks” in wall assemblies and significantly enhances any structure’s insulative performance and energy efficiency.

FastWall Krak-Shield Assemblies:

Fastwall  (Krak-Shield) Assembly provides the same durable benefits and aesthetic beauty of the standard Fastwall  Assembly, but includes a crack resistance layer as part of the assembly.

Designed to be used where increased resistance to cracking is desired.

This system is to be used if an air barrier is not desired.

Same assembly as above with the additional feature of rigid foam board providing continuous insulation and greater energy efficiency.

Weather Seal is designed to replace one of the 2 layers of paper/wrap as prescribed by code for wood sheathing.

This assembly can be used where an air barrier is desired or required by code.

Same assembly as above with the additional feature of

greater energy efficiency. The insulation board is also

used to take the place of building paper acting as the

bond breaker in the wall assembly.

This assembly combindes all of the advantages needed in a top level wall assembly. The assembly includes both the WaterMaster and Krak-Shield features that protect against mositer infiltration and unsightly surface cracks.  

Designed to be used where increased resistance to cracking, additional moisture protection and energy efficiency are desired.

Provides superior moisture protection compared to two layers of paper/wrap.

Weather Seal is designed to replace one of the 2 layers of paper/wrap as prescribed by code for wood sheathing.

LaHabra offers an industry leading warranty program for its FastWall assemblies. The coverage offered on the assemblies varies based on

the type of FastWall assembly and type of finish used.

The Assemblies must be properly applied by approved installers, using permitted materials in the LaHabra specifications with all applicable building code regulations and applicable industry standards.
